THE following tenders for cartage of goods and parcels between the Christchurch Railway-station and the City of Christchurch, Dunedin Railway-station and the City of Dunedin, Invercargill Railway-station and the Town of Invercargill, for three years, terminating on the 31st December, 1898, are published for general information.

Notice under “The Unclaimed Lands Act, 1894.”
WHEREAS I, the undersigned, the Public Trustee, have for the purposes of “The Unclaimed Lands Act, 1894,” made due inquiries with respect to the land described in the Schedule hereunder written and the owner thereof, and have, in respect of the said land, given the notices prescribed by section 4 of the said Act, and have in all respects complied with the provisions of the said section: And whereas I have not thereby ascertained who the owner is, and believe that such owner is not in the colony, nor has such owner established his title to the said land, as required by the said Act: I hereby give notice that the said land is under and by virtue of the said Act vested in me as the Public Trustee as aforesaid, as from the date of the publica-
tion hereof, and will be administered under the said Act; the value of the said land being less than £100.

SCHEDULE.
All that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, be the same a little more or less, being Subdivision 14A of Suburban Section 21, Town of Napier. Bounded towards the north-west by Subdivision 1 of Suburban Section 12, 250 links; towards the north-east by Subdivision 33 of Suburban Section 21, 100 links; towards the south-west by Subdivision 48 of Suburban Section 21, 240 links; towards the south by Havelock Road, 10 links; and towards the south-west by Havelock Road, 92 links: be all or any the said measurements a little more or less.
