Proclaiming a Road as closed through Lands in the
Borough of Hamilton.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of "The Land Act, 1892," I, David,
Earl of Glasgow, Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the road in the
Borough of Hamilton hereinafter described, that is to say:—
All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
containing by admeasurement 1 rood 36 perches, more or
less, situated in the Township of Hamilton West, being a
strip of land 100 links wide. Bounded towards the north-east
by Hamilton Parade, towards the south-east by Lot No. 46,
towards the south-west by Victoria Street, and towards the
north-west by Lot No. 45.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable David, Earl of Glasgow; Knight
Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of
Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and
Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty's
Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies,

Road opened and Land taken for a Road in the Opaheke
Road District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of "The Land Act, 1892," I, David,
Earl of Glasgow, Governor of the Colony of New Zealand,
do by this notice hereby proclaim as opened the road, and as
taken the land, in the Opaheke Road District hereinafter
described, that is to say:—
All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 24 perches, more
or less, being a road not less than 100 links in breadth, the
northern side of which commences at a point on the south-
eastern boundary-line of Section No. 204 distant 856 links
from the south-eastern corner of that section, and proceeds
thence in a westerly and south-westerly direction for a dis-
tance of 1149 links; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked S.G. 23604, deposited in the
Head Office of the Lands and Survey Department, at Wel-
ington, and thereon coloured red.
All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
containing by admeasurement 1 rood 7 perches, more or less,
being a piece of land of irregular width, the western side of
which commences at a point on the southern boundary-line
of Section No. 204, Parish of Opaheke, distant 924 links
from the south-western corner of that section, and proceed-
ing thence in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 662
links; as the same is more particularly delineated upon the
plan marked S.G. 23604, deposited in the Head Office of the
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and
thereon coloured red.

Proclaiming Taking of Roads through Private Lands in
Opaheke Road District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of "The Land Act, 1892," I, David,
Earl of Glasgow, Governor of the Colony of New Zealand,
with the consent of the owner of the lands hereinafter men-
tioned, and with the consent of the Opaheke Road Board,
being the local authority in whose district the said lands are
situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as roads the lands
in Opaheke Road District hereinafter described, that is to
say:—
All those two parcels of land in the Auckland Land District,
containing respectively by admeasurement 1 rood 30 perches
and 1 rood 8 perches, more or less, situate in the Parish of
Otau, in the Opaheke Road District, and being road-lines
100 links wide and upwards, traversing the south-eastern
portion of Section No. 9, and defined as follows, viz. :—
All that parcel of land, being a road containing 1 rood 30
perches, more or less, bounded towards the south-west by
the road forming the south-west boundary of Section No. 9,
105 links, more or less; towards the north and east by
streams; and towards the south-east by the road forming
the south-east boundary of said Section No. 9.
All that parcel of land, being a road containing 1 rood 8
perches, more or less, the eastern side of which commences
at a point on the south-eastern boundary of Section No. 9 at
a distance of 2550-8 links, more or less, from its south-western
angle, and extends in a north-easterly direction for a distance
of 286 links, more or less, to the left bank of the Wairoa
River.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked S.G. 22675A, deposited in the Head Office of the
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the
Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of "The Land Act, 1892," I, David,
Earl of Glasgow, Governor of the Colony of New Zealand,
with the consent of the owner of the lands hereinafter men-
tioned, and with the consent of the Opaheke Road Board,
being the local authority in whose district the said lands are
situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as roads the lands
in Opaheke Road District hereinafter described, that is to
say:—
All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
containing by admeasurement 10 acres 2 roods, more or less,
situate in the Parish of Otau, in the Opaheke Road District,
and being a road 100 links wide and upwards, traversing the
western portion of Section No. 33, the western side of which
commences at a point on the northern boundary of Section
No. 33 at a distance of 479-1 links, more or less, from the
left bank of the Wairoa River, and extends generally in a
southerly direction for a distance of 9829-7 links, more or
less, to the road forming the boundary between Sections
Nos. 33 and 10 of the said Parish of Otau, at a point 1015-2
links, more or less, from the left bank of the Wairoa River;
as the same is delineated on a plan marked S.G. 22675, and
thereon coloured pink.
