In the matter of the Island Block Extended Gold Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the Criterion Hotel, Princes Street, Dunedin, on the 30th day of September, 1895, the following resolution was duly passed:—

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily."

And at the same meeting Mr. Walter Hislop was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.

NOTICE is hereby given that the registered office of the Eureka Gold-mining Company (No Liability) is at present situated at the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Buildings, Queen Street, in the City of Auckland.
