NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of “The Mining Act, 1891,” and “The Foreign Companies Act, 1884,” that the office or place of business of the under-mentioned companies, where legal proceedings of any kind may be served upon them respectively, and to which notices of any kind may be addressed or given, is at the office of the undersigned William Henry Argall, in Ring’s Road, Coromandel, in the Provincial District of Auckland. The companies referred to are:—

The Kapanga Gold-mining Company (Limited).
The Blagrove’s Freehold Gold-mining Company (Limited).
The Tararu Creek Gold-mining Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately carried on in Auckland by the undersigned JESSE KING and the late HENRY HERBERT LORD, as Importers and General Commission Agents, under the name and style of “Jesse King and Co.,” was dissolved by the death of the said Henry Herbert Lord on the 31st day of July, 1895.
