I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Flower of Waihi Gold-mining Company as a no-liability company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1894.”

  1. The name of the company is to be the Flower of Waihi Gold-mining Company (No Liability).

  2. The place of operations (or intended operations) is at Waihi.

  3. The registered office of the company will be situated at 119, Victoria Arcade, Queen Street, Auckland.

  4. The value of the company’s property, including claim or lease ground and machinery, is one thousand pounds.

  5. The number of shares in the company is one hundred thousand, of three shillings each.

  6. The number of shares subscribed for is eighty-two thousand five hundred.

  7. The name of the Manager is Samuel Cochrane Macky.

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of “The Mining Act, 1891,” and “The Foreign Companies Act, 1884,” that the office or place of business of the Triumph (Hauraki) Gold-mines (Limited), where legal proceedings of any kind may be served upon the said company, and to which notices of any kind may be addressed or given, will be at my place of residence at Coromandel, in the Provincial District of Auckland.

STANLEY GOLD-MINING COMPANY (NO LIABILITY).

I, the undersigned Manager, hereby give notice that an increase in the capital of the above-named company was, on the 30th day of September, 1895, resolved on.

The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing forty thousand new shares of two shillings each, nil paid up, in addition to the sixty thousand shares now existing in the company.
