Notice of Acceptance of Complete Specifications.

Patent Office,
Wellington, 18th September, 1895.

COMPLETE specifications relating to the under-men-
tioned applications for Letters Patent have been
accepted, and are open to public inspection at this office.
Any person may, at any time within two months from the
date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing, in duplicate,
of opposition to the grant of any such patent, stating in
such notice the particular grounds of his objection:—
No. 7212.—18th October, 1894.—CHARLES WILLIAM PIT-
MAN, of 22, Regent Street, Ascot Vale, near Melbourne,
Victoria, Engineer (assignee of William Wright, of No. 1,
Violet Street, Essendon, near Melbourne aforesaid, En-
gineer). An invention for an improved sheep-shearing
machine. (Specifications, 13s. 6d.; drawings, £1 5s.)
No. 7327.—13th December, 1894.—JAMES CRAWFORD, of 71,
Cuba Street, Wellington, New Zealand, Licensed Victualler.
An invention for improvements in machines for starting
races. (Specification, 4s.; drawings, 5s.)

No. 7362.—5th January, 1895.—ANTONIO MOHOVICH, of
Balguerie Street, Akaroa, New Zealand, Gardener. An
invention for an improved anchor. (Specification, 2s.; draw-

No. 7627.—23rd May, 1895.—JOHN ALGEN BELK, of 42,
Lambton Quay, Wellington, New Zealand, Coachbuilder.
An invention for improvements in the gearing of cycles.

No. 7672.—5th June, 1895.—GEORGE HOLFORD, of Norfolk
Street, Ponsonby, Auckland, New Zealand, Mariner. An
invention for chocks for releasing ships' boats, to be entitled
"The Non-lifting and Self-tipping Chocks for Ships' Boats."

William Street, Melbourne, Victoria, Patent Agent (nominee

Railway Road, St. Peters, Sydney, New South Wales, Con-
