Notice published pursuant to the Provisions of Section 15 of
"The Public Trust Office Consolidation Act, 1894."

NOTICE is hereby given that, no person having taken
out administration, the Public Trustee has filed in
the office of the Supreme Court at Wellington an election to
administer the several intestate estates of the persons
deceased whose names, residences, and occupations, so far as
known, are hereunder respectively set forth, their gross
properties being estimated not to exceed £250 in each case.

Catherine Ruff, late of Kaiapoi, in the Provincial District
of Canterbury, widow. Filed on the 27th day of August,
1895.

Thomas Barnes, late of Kaikoura, in the Provincial Dis-
trict of Marlborough, labourer. Filed on the 28th day of
August, 1895.

John Lawson, late of Temuka, in the Provincial District
of Canterbury, poundkeeper. Filed on the 28th day of
August, 1895.

Charles William Halliday, late of Grove Bush, in the

Notice by the Public Trustee under "The Unclaimed Lands
Act, 1894."

To the owner or owners of a parcel of land, being southern
end of Section 11, Block LXVI., Town of Invercargill,
having a frontage to Devon Street of 45 links by a depth
of 100 links, of which the last registered owner is Clement
Hall, of whom nothing can now be ascertained.

WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries,
and has not thereby ascertained who the owner or
owners of the above-described land is or are, and believes
that such owner is, or owners are, not in the colony :

Now, this notice calls upon such owner or owners, within
six months of the date of the publication of this notice in
this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public
Trustee his or their title to the land specified in this notice ;
and if such owner does, or owners do, not, within the time
limited, so establish his or their title, the Public Trustee will
exercise the powers and authorities granted to him in and by
"The Unclaimed Lands Act, 1894."
