• The application for this Patent was gazetted on the 21st March last as "lapsed"; but, owing to the death of the applicant on the 13th September last (of which this office has only recently been informed) the Letters Patent have now been sealed and issued to the executrix and executors of the estate, in accordance with section 18 (c) of the Act.
