Milk.
For distances of not more than 10 miles .. ½d.
For every additional 10 miles or fraction thereof up to
30 miles .. ¼d.
For each additional 30 miles or fraction thereof .. ¼d.
Milk consigned to butter-factories, and to and from cream-
eries, will be charged ½d. per gallon for distances of 15 miles
and under, and ¼d. per gallon for the next 15 miles, and ¼d.
per gallon for each additional 25 miles or fraction thereof.
Milk consigned to cheese-factories for cheese-making will
be charged ½d. per gallon for distances of 15 miles and under,
and ¼d. per gallon for the next fifteen miles, and ¼d. per gallon
for each additional 25 miles or fraction thereof; provided
that the consignment note is indorsed by the consignor that
the milk is bona fide for cheese-making purposes.
Minimum charge, 6d.
Empties will be returned free.
Where milk is sent by rail to dairy factories, and the con-
signors of the milk have their skim-milk sent back to them,
the skim-milk will be conveyed free of charge in the cans
returning from the factory.
Milk will be carried only at the owners' sole risk, who will
take all responsibility of loading and unloading.
Cream will be charged same rates as milk.

Block XV., Hangaroa Survey District; held by Dennis
Malone. Forfeited on the 20th March, 1895.
Perpetual Lease No. 244: Section 6, Block XV., Hanga-
roa Survey District; held by Alexander Davidson. Forfeited
on the 20th March, 1895.
Occupation with Right of Purchase, License No. 4: Sec-
tion 2, Block XVI., Pohui Survey District; held by Thomas

Pastoral Runs Liable to Forfeiture.

PURSUANT to section 215 of "The Land Act, 1892,"
notice is hereby given to Hugh McKenzie and Harriet
Dowling, occupiers of Runs 27 and 433 under Pastoral
Licenses 925 and 959 respectively, that the said licenses are
liable to forfeiture, and that if the rent overdue thereon be
not paid within three months from date the licenses will be
declared forfeited.

IT is hereby notified, in terms of "The Public Reserves
Act, 1881," that the leases of the under-mentioned
sections will be offered at public auction, at the Public Hall,
Levin, on Tuesday, the 18th June, 1895, at 11 o'clock a.m.
Plans and form of lease can be seen and particulars ob-
tained at this office.
The terms of the leases will be as stated opposite each
section.
No allowance whatsoever shall be payable on account of
improvements effected by the lessees.
A deposit of a half-year's rent and £1 11s. lease-fee must
be deposited on the fall of the hammer.

This reserve is situated about nine miles and a half from
Waverley, and lies between the Okahutiria Road and the
Whenuakura River. All broken forest-country, except
where clearings have been made by the present lessees. The
southern end of the block is accessible by the Kohi Road,
which is a good cart-road. The Okahutiria is formed as a
bridle-road to near the southern boundary of Section 5, and
the remainder is under contract.
