NOTICE OF WINDING UP A COMPANY VOLUN-
TARILY.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of shareholders in the Just in Time Gold-
mining Company (Limited), held at its office on the 21st day
of March, 1895, and of which due notice had been given, the
following special resolutions were passed:—
"That the Just in Time Gold-mining Company (Limited)
be wound up voluntarily."
"That a Liquidator be appointed, and that Mr. Benj.
Gilmer be the Liquidator."
And the same resolutions were confirmed at a subsequent
extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the com-
pany, held at its office on the 11th day of April, 1895, and of
which due notice had also been given.

changed from the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile
Agency Company's Buildings, Ballance Street and Feathers-
ton Street, in the City of Wellington, to the Union Steam-
ship Company's Buildings, Customhouse Quay, in the said
City of Wellington, where service of legal proceedings may
