The Manuia Town Board. MANUIA.
All that area in the Land District of Taranaki, being Section No. 23, Block VII., Waimate Survey District (Suburbs of Manuia), containing by admeasurement 20 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 24 to the Waikura River; towards the north-east and east by the said river to Section No. 26; towards the south by said Section No. 26; and towards the north-west by Section No. 22, a road-line, and Section No. 78 to Section No. 24 before mentioned: as the same is delineated on the plans in the Survey Office, New Plymouth.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-seventh day of March, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the eighth section of "The Peninsula County Libraries Act, 1877," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
