VICTOR GOLD-MINING COMPANY (NO LIABILITY).
NOTICE OF INCREASE OF CAPITAL.
I, the undersigned, Manager, hereby give notice that an increase in the capital of the above-named company was, on the 8th day of March, 1895, resolved on.
The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing 75,000 new shares of two shillings each, in addition to the 75,000 shares now existing in the company.
