EXCHANGE ORDER.
In the Native Land Court,
New Zealand.
In the matter of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," and of
the application of A.B. and C.D. for exchange of lands
under the provisions of the said Act.

At a sitting of the Court held at , on , the

Court, upon hearing the application of A.B. and C.D. afore-
said for exchange of the lands [or shares in land] specified
in the Schedules to the said application; and being satisfied
that, upon such exchange being effected, each of the parties
will have sufficient land for his support, and that all moneys
agreed to be paid to make equality of exchange have been
paid:
It is hereby ordered that effect shall be given to the said
exchange, in terms of the said application, and that for the
purpose aforesaid the land [or shares in land] hereinafter

been entered into on behalf of the Crown, as owner of the
lands described in the First Schedule hereto, with as
owner of the land described in the Second Schedule, for
exchange of the said lands under the provisions of the said
Act.
