Te Kawau Survey District, and for that purpose require to take the land described in the Schedule hereunder written.

A plan showing generally the nature of the proposed work and the land required to be taken, together with the names of owners and occupiers of such land, has been deposited at the residence of William Coombs, on Section 1, Block XII., Te Kawau Survey District, in the said district, and is open for inspection there by all persons at all reasonable hours.

All persons affected by the proposed work are required to set forth in writing any well-grounded objection to the execution of such works or to the taking of such lands, and to send such writing within forty days from the day of the date hereof to the Aorangi Land Drainage Board at their office in the Square, Palmerston North.

All that piece of land, containing 7 acres 2 roods 6 perches, more or less, being part of Subdivision 3G, Lower Aorangi, Block IV., Mount Robinson Survey District; and also that piece of land, containing 15 acres 1 rood 16 perches, more or less, being part of Subdivision 3G, Lower Aorangi, Block XVI., Te Kawau Survey District.

I, RALPH STUART STEPHENSON, Bachelor of Medicine and Master of Surgery of the University of Edinburgh, now residing in Dunedin, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 25th March, 1895, to have my name placed on the Medical Register for the Colony of New Zealand, and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar of Births and Deaths at Dunedin.

PATENT OFFICE SUPPLEMENT.

A SPECIAL Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette is now published fortnightly, containing all notices concerning patents and trade-marks required by law to be gazetted; also, particulars of lapsed applications for patents, expired letters patent, and other information useful to inventors, manufacturers, and others.
