A PPLICATION having been made to me by EDITH
ADELINE CURTIS, of Wairau, near Blenheim, for
the issue to her of a provisional certificate of title for Sec-
tion No. 318, Township of Normanby, contained in certi-
ficate of title, Vol. iv., folio 237, and registered in the office
of the District Land Registrar at New Plymouth, and a
statutory declaration having been lodged with me of the loss
of such certificate: I hereby give notice that I shall issue
the provisional certificate of title as requested at the ex-
piration of fourteen days after the date of the Gazette con-
taining this notice, unless in the meantime a caveat be lodged
forbidding the same.

Dated this 23rd day of February, 1895, at the Lands
Registry Office, New Plymouth.

ROBERT JUKES GLOVER, of Auckland, Com-
mission Agent, claiming, as eldest son and heir-at-law of
JANE GLOVER, deceased, late of Coromandel, to be registered
as proprietor of an estate in fee-simple in all that piece or
parcel of land being Allotment 12 of the subdivision of the
Te Para Block, and being the whole of the land comprised
in Vol. ii., folio 222, of the Register-book at Auckland :
