IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries Act, 1882," I, James Prendergast, Knight, Chief Justice, in the name and on behalf of His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, and as his duly-appointed Deputy, do hereby appoint

WILLIAM EDWIN GRIFFEN

to be an additional trustee to provide for the maintenance and care of the Macrae's Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed on the twenty-seventh day of November, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this second day of February, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five.
