NOTICE is hereby given that the office of the above-named company has been removed from Bridge Street to Broadway, Reefton.

THE HESPERIDES GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).

INCREASE OF CAPITAL.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders, held at Deschler's Hotel, Esk Street, Invercargill, on the 13th day of July, 1894, it was unanimously resolved that the capital of the company be increased to £20,000 by the creation of 14,000 new shares at £1 each: that 3,000 of such new shares, paid up to 5s. per share, be issued to the present shareholders of the company in proportion to the number of shares now held by them; but no shareholder shall be entitled to claim and receive any of these shares until all calls, fines, arrears, or charges owing by him to the company have been paid: that 1,000 of such new shares be held in trust for the company, to be issued paid up to 10s. per share, as the directors shall from time to time think fit, for all or any of the following purposes:—

  1. For the payment or part-payment to any person or persons for work done in prospecting or otherwise developing the company's mine or property.

  2. For the payment or part-payment of costs of floating shares in the company.

  3. For payment or part-payment of the present or any future legal manager for services rendered or to be rendered.

  4. For such other purposes as the directors may think for the benefit of the company.

That the remaining 10,000 new shares shall first be offered to the present shareholders, and, failing their acceptance thereof, shall be offered to the public on the terms they may consider most advisable.

THE BREAK OF DAY GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).

INCREASE OF CAPITAL.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders, held at Mr. Todd's rooms, Esk Street, Invercargill, on the 12th day of July, 1894, it was unanimously resolved that the capital of the company be increased to £20,000 by the creation of 10,000 new shares of 10s. each, and that the directors be empowered to issue 1,000 of the new shares as fully paid up, to provide for the shares to be paid to Mr. Hooker for his report, and to devote the balance to developing the property in the meantime, or in any other way the directors may consider to be to the best interests of the company.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Tapu Fluke Gold-mining Company as a limited company, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1886."

  1. The name of the company is to be the Tapu Fluke Gold-mining Company (Limited).

  2. The place of operations is at Tapu Creek, Thames District.

  3. The registered office of the company will be situated at Star Chambers, Shortland Street, Auckland.

  4. The nominal capital of the company is four thousand five hundred pounds, in four thousand five hundred shares of one pound each.

  5. The number of shares subscribed for is three thousand and twenty-eight, being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the company.

  6. The number of paid-up shares is two thousand.

  7. The amount already paid up is two thousand one hundred and thirty-nine pounds four shillings and sixpence.

  8. The name of the Manager is William Henry Churton.
