Setting apart Land in Otago for Leasing as Small Grazing-runs under “The Land Act, 1892.”

GLASGOW, Governor.
A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one hundred and seventy-second section of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and seventy-two to one hundred and eighty-six of Part V. of “The Land Act, 1892,” relating to small grazing-runs.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS on the fourteenth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three, a Proclamation was issued under the eleventh section of “The Public Works Act, 1882,” taking certain lands in Bruce County for the purposes of a road:
And whereas the said Proclamation incorrectly describes part of the land—viz., one acre and thirty-three poles, being part of Sections Two and One, and one acre one rood fifteen poles, being part of Section Thirty-five, Block Seven, Clarendon Survey District—purported to be taken under the said Proclamation; whereas it should read one acre and thirty-three poles, being part of Section Two, and one acre one rood fifteen poles, being part of Sections One and Thirty-five of the same block:
And whereas it is expedient to cancel portion of the said recited Proclamation, and to make provision in lieu thereof in manner hereinafter appearing:
Now, therefore, I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by “The Public Works Acts Amendment Act, 1889,” and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby revoke so much of the said recited Proclamation as deals with, or purports to take for the purposes of the said Proclamation, any portion of Sections Two and One and Section Thirty-five of Block Seven, Clarendon Survey District, and in lieu thereof do hereby proclaim and declare that one acre and thirty-three poles, being part of Section Two, and one acre one rood fifteen poles, being part of Sections One and Thirty-five, of the said block, shall, on the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, be taken for the purpose of constructing the said road; and, further, that the portions of the said sections hereby taken are more particularly delineated in the amended plan marked S.G. 18356, deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Land District of Wellington, and thereon coloured red and blue respectively.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by “The Land for Settlements Act, 1892,” and the one hundred and sixty-eighth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the allotments of Crown lands respectively described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for lease as a village settlement.
