Trustees for Takapau Public Cemetery appointed.

GLASGOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several
persons whose names are specified in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the main-
tenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the
second column of the said Schedule.

All that parcel of land in the
Land District of Hawke's Bay, con-
taining by admeasurement 2 acres
and 12 perches, more or less, being
portion of Block 234, Ruataniwha
Crown-grant District, Block III.,
Takapau Survey District. Bounded
on the north by other portion of
Block 234, 350 links; on the east
by other portion of Block 234 afore-
said, 590 links; on the south by a
public road, 350 links; and on the
west by Native land, 600 links: be
all the aforesaid linkages more or
less; as the same is delineated on
the plan on deed of conveyance
registered under No. 27409 in the
Registry Office, Napier.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-eighth day of April, one thousand
eight hundred and ninety-four.

Trustees for the Maintenance of the Richmond Cemetery
appointed.

GLASGOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby remove all trustees pre-
viously appointed for the cemetery described in the Schedule
hereto, and do hereby, in pursuance of section forty-five of
the said Act, appoint the local authority specified in the first
column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and
management of the public cemetery specified in the second
column of the said Schedule.

All that parcel of land, containing by
admeasurement 6 acres 1 rood 22 perches,
more or less, situate in the Waimea
Survey District, Land District of Nelson,
being Allotments Nos. 1 and 8 of Section
No. 22, Waimea East, commencing at
a point on the north-east boundary of
Section No. 22, 1055 links from its
eastern corner. Bounded on the north-
east by Section No. 20, 1055 links;
then south-west by a public road to
Richmond, 607 links; thence north-west
1055 links, and north-east 607 links, by
other portions of Section No. 22, to the
starting-point.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-eighth day of April, one thousand
eight hundred and ninety-four.
