I, WILLIAM WHYTE BAIN, of Wellington, Attorney of the
Citizens’ Life Assurance Company (Limited), a company duly incorporated and registered under an Act of the
Parliament of New South Wales (37 Victoriae, No. 19), do
hereby give notice, pursuant to the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, that the above-named company has fixed the
situation and locality of its office or place of business at
which service of legal proceedings may be made, in accordance with the provisions of the above Act, as at the New
Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company’s Buildings,
Ballenge Street and Featherston Street, in the City of Wellington.

Woodward Street and Wellington Terrace, in the City of
Wellington.
