"THE WEST COAST SETTLEMENT RESERVES ACT, 1892."

NOTICE to NATIVE OWNERS and LESSEE of a MEETING to be held at the COURTHOUSE, MANAIA, at 11 o'clock a.m. on TUESDAY, the 3rd APRIL, 1894, to fix the RENT for a NEW LEASE to HENRY WILLIAM ELLERM of Section 111, Block VII., WAIMATE, containing 23 acres (more or less), being Land comprised in Memorandum of Lease registered No. 451.

TO Manaia Hukanni and the other Native owners of all that piece of land situate in the Waimate Survey District, being Section 111, Block VII., and containing by admeasurement 23 acres (more or less), being the land comprised in memorandum of lease, registered No. 451, to Henry William Ellerm, of Manaia, settler, lessee.

Whereas the above-named Henry William Ellerm has given notice to me, under the provisions of section 8 of "The West Coast Settlement Reserves Act, 1892," that he desires to obtain under that section a new lease of the land above described; and I consider his application ought to be given effect to: Now, therefore, I do hereby appoint a meeting to take place between the said Henry William Ellerm and all the Native owners of the above-described land, for the purpose of fixing the rent to be paid for the said land for the first twenty-one years of the new lease; and I fix the Courthouse, Manaia, as the place where, and Tuesday, the 3rd day of April, 1894, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, as the time when, such meeting shall take place.

Whereas the above-named William Douglas has given notice to me, under the provisions of section 8 of "The West Coast Settlement Reserves Act, 1892," that he desires to obtain under that section a new lease of the land above described; and I consider his application ought to be given effect to: Now, therefore, I do hereby appoint a meeting to take place between the said William Douglas and all the Native owners of the above-described land, for the purpose of fixing the rent to be paid for the said land for the first twenty-one years of the new lease; and I fix the Courthouse, Hawera, as the place where, and Saturday, the 7th day of April, 1894, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, as the time when, such meeting shall take place.

NOTICE to NATIVE OWNERS and LESSEE of a MEETING to be held at the COURTHOUSE, MANAIA, at 9 o'clock a.m. on MONDAY, the 2nd APRIL, 1894, to fix the Rent for a NEW LEASE to RICHARD ENGLAND McRAE of Section 25, Block VII., WAIMATE, containing 64 acres (more or less), being Land comprised in Memorandum of Lease registered No. 449.

TO Manaia Hukunui and the other Native owners of all that piece of land situate in the Waimate Survey District, being Section 25, Block VII., and containing by admeasurement 64 acres (more or less), being the land comprised in memorandum of lease registered No. 449, to Richard England McRae, of Manaia, farmer, transferee:

Whereas the above-named Richard England McRae has given notice to me, under the provisions of section 8 of "The West Coast Settlement Reserves Act, 1892," that he desires to obtain under that section a new lease of the land above described; and I consider his application ought to be given effect to: Now, therefore, I do hereby appoint a meeting to take place between the said Richard England McRae and all the Native owners of the above-described land, for the purpose of fixing the rent to be paid for the said land for the first twenty-one years of the new lease; and I fix the Courthouse, Manaia, as the place where, and Monday, the 2nd day of April, 1894, at 9 o'clock in the forenoon, as the time when, such meeting shall take place.

Whereas the above-named Alexander McHardy has given notice to me, under the provisions of section 8 of "The West Coast Settlement Reserves Act, 1892," that he desires to obtain under that section a new lease of the land above described; and I consider his application ought to be given effect to: Now, therefore, I do hereby appoint a meeting to take place between the said Alexander McHardy and all the Native owners of the above-described land, for the purpose of fixing the rent to be paid for the said land for the first twenty-one years of the new lease, and I fix the Courthouse, Opunake, as the place where, and Wednesday, the 18th day of April, 1894, at 9 o'clock in the forenoon, as the time, when such meeting shall take place.

TO Tutange, Moke Ramapiupiu, Tamawhero, Maruera, Te Kaewa, Tuhia Rongimourihau, Ngahota, Tupito, Ngatiaha te Whetu, Ngahoata, Ngakirikiri, Te Whetu, Kopekope, Hinemahu, and the other Native owners of all that piece of land situate in the County of Patea, being portion of the Otoia Native Reserve, in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 640 acres (more or less), being the land comprised in Confirmed Lease No. 46, and to Frederick Turner, of Patea, farmer, assignee:

Whereas the above-named Frederick Turner has given notice to me, under the provisions of section 8 of "The West Coast Settlement Reserves Act, 1892," that he desires to obtain under that section a new lease of the land above described; and I consider his application ought to be given effect to: Now, therefore, I do hereby appoint a meeting to take place between the said Frederick Turner and all the Native owners of the above-described land, for the purpose of fixing the rent to be paid for the said land for the first twenty-one years of the new lease; and I fix the Courthouse, Patea, as the place where, and Friday, the 13th day of April, 1894, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, as the time when, such meeting shall take place.
