measurement 585 acres (more or less), being part
of the land comprised in confirmed lease No. 14,
and to Mary Grace Caroline Lysaght, of Hawera,
transferee.
Whereas the above-named Mary Grace Caro-
line Lysaght has given notice to me under the
provisions of section 8 of "The West Coast
Settlement Reserves Act, 1892," that she desires
to obtain under that section a new lease of the
land above described; and I consider her appli-
cation ought to be given effect to: Now, there-
fore, I do hereby appoint a meeting to take place
between the said Mary Grace Caroline Lysaght
and all the Native owners of the above-described
land, for the purpose of fixing the rent to be paid
for the said land for the first twenty-one years of
the new lease; and I fix the Courthouse, Hawera,
as the place where, and Wednesday, the 28th day
of March, 1894, at 9 o'clock in the forenoon, as the
time, when such meeting shall take place.
