County of Patea, being portion of the Mokoia
Reserve, known as "Upoko-o-kanga," and con-
taining by admeasurement 201 acres (more
or less), being the land comprised in confirmed
lease No. 14, and to Bryan Cuthbert Lysaght, of
Hawera, settler, lessee.
Whereas the above-named Bryan Cuthbert Ly-
saght has given notice to me, under the provisions
of section 8 of "The West Coast Settlement Re-
serves Act, 1892," that he desires to obtain under
that section a new lease of the land above de-
scribed; and I consider his application ought to
be given effect to: Now, therefore, I do hereby
appoint a meeting to take place between the
said Brian Cuthbert Lysaght and all the Native
owners of the above-described land, for the
purpose of fixing the rent to be paid for the said
land for the first twenty-one years of the new
lease; and I fix the Courthouse, Hawera, as
the place where, and Thursday, the 22nd day of
March, 1894, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, as the
time, when such meeting shall take place.

transferee.
Whereas the above-named Frances Eliza Ly-
saght has given notice to me, under the provisions
of section 8 of "The West Coast Settlement Re-
serves Act, 1892," that she desires to obtain under
that section a new lease of the land above
described; and I consider her application ought
to be given effect to: Now, therefore, I do
hereby appoint a meeting to take place between
the said Frances Eliza Lysaght and all the Native
owners of the above-described land, for the pur-
pose of fixing the rent to be paid for the said land
