HIS Excellency the Govenor has been plesed to ap-prove of the amalgamatiom of the Christchurch City Guard Rifile Volunteers and the Christchurch Rifile Volun- teers, with the seniority of the first-mentioned corps, and under the desigantion of the " Christchurch City Guard Rifile Volunteers." Date of amalgamatiom, 15th December, 1893.
The following gentlemen will therefore become officers in the Christchurch City Guard Rifile Volunteers, with their present seniority, except where otherwise stated, vix:-
Capain: FENK BENJAMIN CRESSWILL (late Lieutenant, Christchurch Rifile Volunteers). Date of commission, 27th January, 1894.
