GLASGOW, Govenor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixt section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, David, Ear of Galsgow, the Govenor of
the Coloy of New Zeaand, do hereb appoint the several
person whose names are specified in the first column of the
Schedue hereto to be Trustees to provide for the mainten
ance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second
column of the said Schedue.

taining by admeasurment 2 aces
and 12 perches, more or less, being

on the north by other portion of
Block 234, 350 links; on the east
by other portion of Block 234 afores
said, 590 links; on the south by a
public road, 350 links; and on the
west by Ntive land, 600 links: be
all the aforesaid linkages more or
less; as the same is delineated on
the plan on deed of conveance
registered under No. 27409 in the
Registy Office, Naper.

this twey second day of February, one thousand
eight hundred and nintey four.

and eight-nine of "The Land Act, 1892," aforesaid.
