In landin or shipping goods from or out of steemers and
sailing-vessels, those by steemers may, at the discreion of
the Harbourmaster, be shioped or laded first of all, and no
claim will be entartained from the master or owner of any
steemers or sailing-vessels for detenion or for any other
matter arising out of the operation of this by-lw.
The method of computng the tonnag of the above-mentioned articles will be as follows:—
Wheat—10 bag of 4 busheles to the ton.
Oats—14 bag of 4 busheles to the ton.
Potaoes—12 bag to the ton.
Barley and Rye—12 bag of 4 busheles to the ton.
Flour, bran, and Polard—2,000l. to the ton.
Peas—10 bag to the ton.
Grass-seed—14 bag to the ton.
Chaff—14 bag to the ton.
Miminum quantity, 2 ton.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Bulidings, at Wellington, this 5th day of February, 1894.
Presen:
The Honourable the PRMIER presiding in Council.
WHEREAS the lands mentioned in the Scehdule hereto were permenently reserved for the purposes and on the date
specified in the said Scehdule:
And wherea, in the opinion of the Govenor, it is expeidient to vset the said lands in the Opotiki Town Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Govenor of the Colny of New Zealnd, by and with the advice and consent of the
Exective Council of the said colny, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vseted in him by the fourth section of
"The Public Reserves Act, 1881," doth herby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the reserevs mentioned
in the Scehdule hereto shall become vseted in the Chairmain, Mmebers of Town Board, and inhabitants of the Town of
Opotiki, in trust, for the purposes specified in the said Scehdule, and under the control and management of the Town
Board.
