THE DACOMBE CONFECTIONERY AND PRESERV-
ING COMPANY (LIMITED).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders
in the above company, duly convened, and held at
the registered office of the company, No. 147, Cambridge
Terrace, Christchurch, on Saturday, the 19th day of August,
1893, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed,
namely: “That Mr. Henry Thomson, of Christchurch, be,
and he is hereby, appointed Liquidator for the purpose of
winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the
property thereof.”
