NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the above company, held at the offices of the company, Hobbs Buildings, Christchurch, on the 15th December, 1893, the following resolution was duly proposed, seconded, and passed, “That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1882’”; and that such resolution was duly confirmed, as required by the above-named Act, at a meeting of the shareholders duly convened for that purpose, and held at the offices of the said company on Saturday, the 30th December, 1893.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, under the style of “Rose, Wilson, and Co.,” in the business carried on by them at Dunedin, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent.
All accounts due by the said late firm will be discharged on application at its late offices, Crawford Street, Dunedin, where all debts due to the said late firm must be paid.
