"The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act, 1881," and
the Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amend-
ment Acts, 1888 and 1889.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will,
under the authority and for the purposes of the said
Acts, hold a Court at Otorohanga, on the 13th day of
January, 1894, at 10 o'clock in the morning, for investi-
gating the transactions relative to lands mentioned in the
Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons
having any objections to the said transactions are hereby
notified to attend.

IN the matter of a decision of the Native Land Court,
made on the 15th day of October, 1889, upon the
investigation of the title to the Native land known as
Arawhakapekapaka, and of the application of Taharangi
te Uara and others for a rehearing of such investigation,
made within three months after the said decision.
Whereas upon inquiry in open Court, before Hugh Garden
Seth-Smith, Esquire, Chief Judge of the Native Land Court,
it was ordered, on the 1st day of April, 1891, that a rehearing
be had on the application of Taharangi te Uara and others :
Now notice is hereby given that a sitting of the Native
Land Court will be held at Thames, on the 16th day of
January, 1894, for the purpose of rehearing the said case.

Native Land Court will, with an Assessor, attend at
Thames, on Tuesday, the 9th day of January, 1894, and then
and there inquire into and determine upon all applications

the Native Land Court mentioned in the Schedule hereto.
All persons interested in the said applications are requested
to attend at the time and place aforesaid.

DISTRICT OF OTOROHANGA, PROVINCIAL DISTRICT OF AUCK-
LAND.
WHEREAS at a Court held at Otorohanga, on the 24th
day of October, 1888, and following days, an order
was made respecting the aforesaid block of land that the
names of Hemohaere Titi and others should be registered as
the owners thereof, and that a certificate of their title
thereto should be made and issued when a proper survey
should be made :
Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such survey
will be deposited for inspection at the Native Land Court at
Otorohanga, from the 9th day of January, 1894, to the 22nd
day of January, 1894.
All objections are to be lodged with the Registrar of the
Native Land Court, at Auckland, on or before the 2nd day of
February, 1894.

LAND.
WHEREAS at a Court held at Otorohanga, on the 14th
day of November, 1890, and following days, orders
were made respecting the aforesaid blocks of land that the
names of Arapata Rangituataka and others and Awhitia
Whaaro and others should be registered as owners thereof,
and that certificates of their title thereto should be made
and issued when a proper survey should be made :
Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such survey
will be deposited for inspection at the Native Land Court at
Otorohanga from the 9th day of January, 1894, to the 22nd
day of January, 1894.
All objections are to be lodged with the Registrar of the
Native Land Court, at Auckland, on or before the 2nd day
of February, 1894.
