NOTICE to Ntive Owners and Lessee of a
Meeting to be held at the House of Ruhira
Porekara, at Stony River, at 11 o'clock a.m. on
Friday, the 12th day of January, 1894, to fix
the rent for a New and further term of 21 years
in respect of Section 39 and 41, Block IY.,
Cape, containing 634 (more or less), being
land comprised in memorandums of leas
registered Nos. 636 and 640.

To Ruhira Porekara, Matao, Tatutuha, Nga-mura, Rotea, Hinerahui, Hinemanu, Tama-ki, David James Ashdown, George Ashdown, Marara, Guard (nee Ashdown), Hineawe, More Repa, Riti, Wharehoke, Whatarau, Pouna, Hone Kere, Pire Aotaka, Te Pehipehi, Te Tauru, Nga-tairakauini, Ruaake Moahau, Te Ataao, Te Muhu, Ruaake, Miri, Ruaake Moahau, Inia, Te Hohoki, Te Paka, Nohomairunga, Takarang, Kome Pataa, Te Hama te Munga, Nereini Kaukooana, Ropata Ngarongomate, Noha Rangikapuoho, Rongonuiarang, and the other native owners of all that piece of land situate in the cape survey district, being sections Nos. 39 and 41, Block IY., cape, and containing by ad-measurements 634 (more or less), being the land comprised in memorandums of leas registered Nos. 636 and 640, to James Jeken Elwin of Puniho, farmer, lessee.

Whereas the above-named James Jeken Elwin has given notice to me, under the provisio of section 8 of "The West Coast Settlememt Reserves Act, 1892," that he desire to obtain under that section a new leas of the land above de-scribe; and I consider his application oug to be given effect to: Now, therefore, I do here appoint a meeting to take place between the said James Jeken Elwin and all the native owners of the above-described land, for the purpose of fixing the rent to be paid for the said land for the first and further term of 21 years of the new leas; and I fix the place where, and Friday, the 12th day of January, 1894, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, as the time when, such meeting shall take place.

Meeting to be held at the Courthouse, Manai, at 4 o'clock p.m. on Monday, the 8th January, 1894, to fix the rent for a new leas to Richard Owin Henty, of sections 142, 144, and 145, Block IY., Waimate, containing 316 (more or less), being land comprised in memorandums of leas registered Nos. 418 and 1223.

Whereas the above-named Richard Owin Henty has given notice to me under the provi-sion of section 8 of "The West Coast Settlememt Reserves Act, 1892," that he desire to obtain under that section a new leas of the land above described; and I consider his application oug to be given effect to: Now, therefore, I do here appoint a meeting to take place between the said Richard Owin Henty and all the native owners of the above-described land, for the purpose of fixing the rent to be paid for the said land for the first and further term of 21 years of the new leas; and I fix the Courthouse, Manai, as the place where, and Monday, the 8th day of January, 1894, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, as the time when, such meeting shall take place.

Whereas the above-named Daniel O'Sullivan has given notice to me, under the provisio of section 8 of "The West Coast Settlememt Reserves Act, 1892," that he desire to obtain under that section a new leas of the land above de-scribe; and I consider his application oug to be given effect to: Now, therefore, I do here appoint a meeting to take place between the said Daniel O'Sullivan and all the native owners of the above-described land, for the purpose of fix-ing the rent to be paid for the said land for the first and further term of 21 years of the new leas; and I fix the Courthouse, Opunake, as the place where, and Wednesday, the 10th January, 1894, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, as the time when, such meeting shall take place.

Meeting to be held at the Courthouse, Wai-tara, at 11 o'clock a.m. on Thursday, 18th January, 1894, to fix the rent for a new leas to Christoper Topless, of section 32, Block YI., Waitara survey district, containing 159 (more or less), being land comprised in memorandums of leas registered No. 763.

To Tuiti te Kaketopa, Teiiti Werokino, Meri Rua-ke, Arapere Hotea, Eruera Patara, Reone Paemanu, Kire Ngehe, Kawarau Ngaio, Tawhaga Patara, Mame Kire, Pitama Haru, Te Iwa Maaka, Nga-turutu, Nga-tawarua Rihara, Hami Manukino, Miri Tapaki, Houni, Katarina Kire, Keremuiuta, Hora Waka-uri, Rutea Haka-ria, Nekoria, Waler Ropita Parone, and the other native owners of all those pieces of land situate in the Waitara survey district, being section 32, Block YI., and containing by ad-measurements in all 159 (more or less), being the land comprised in memorandums of leas registered No. 763, to Christoper Topless, of Waihi-Waitara, farmer, transfer.

Whereas the above-named Christoper Topless has given notice to me, under the provisio of section 8 of "The West Coast Settlememt Reserves Act, 1892," that he desire to obtain under that section a new leas of the land above de-scribe; and I consider his application oug to be given effect to: Now, therefore, I do here appoint a meeting to take place between the said Christoper Topless and all the native owners of the above-described land for the pur-poses of fixing the rent to be paid for the said land for the first and further term of 21 years of the new leas; and I fix the Courthouse, Waitara, as the place where, and Thursday, the 18th day of January, 1894, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, as the time when, such meeting shall take place.
