Merchants, and Commission Agents, have applied to register,
under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,”
the trade-mark of which a representation, with the state-
ment of essential particulars, is shown in the preceding
notice, No. 890.
Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such Trade-
mark shall apply.
Indiarubber and waterproof piece-goods containing cotton,
or cotton in combination with other materials, but cotton
predominating.
Class of Goods in connection with which the Applicants
desire the Trade-mark to be registered.

Any person may, within two months of the date of this
