Rural Lands in the Auckland Land District open for Sale or selection.

GLASGOW, Governour.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one hundred and thirthy-sixth
section of "The Land Act, 1892," I, David, Ear of Glasgou, the Governour of the Colony of New Zealnd, having
recived the report of the Surveor-General in this behlf, as in the said section is provided, do hereb declare that the
rural lands enumerated in the Schedul hereto shall be open for sale or selection on and after the fiftieth day of Novem
ber, one thousand eight hundred and ninty-thr; and also that the lands mentioned in the said Schedul may,
at the option of the applican, be purchased for cash, or be selected for occupaion with right of purchase or on leas
in perpeuity, or, in respect of any lands containing or supposed to contain any metal, minera, or valuable stone, be selected
on leas in perpeuity only; and I do hereb also fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold, occuied, or leas,

as mentioned in the said Schedul hereto, and do declare that the said lands shall be sold, occuied, or leas under and
subject to the provis of "The Land Act, 1892.\"
