SECOND SCHEDULE.
EAST WARD (AMENDED BOUNDARIES).
ALL that portion of the Borough of Hawksbury, bounded towards the north by Section No. 50, Block IV., Hawksbury Survey District; towards the east by Sections Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block VI.; again towards the north by the last-mentioned section; towards the north-east by the north-eastern boundary-line of the Matanaka Estate; towards the south-east and south generally by the ocean and the southern side of the lagoon; towards the west by the western side of the lagoon and the south-western boundary of the Government Township of Hawksbury; and towards the north-west by the north-western side of the Main North Road.
THIRD SCHEDULE.
AMENDED BOUNDARIES OF THE BOROUGH OF HAWKSBURY.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, situate in the Hawksbury Survey District, bounded towards the north by a right line commencing at the southernmost corner of Section No. 80, Block V., and proceeding to the north-western corner of Section No. 2, Block IV.; thence towards the east and again towards the north by that section to the Main North Road; thence towards the south-east by that road to a point in line with the southern boundary-line of Section No. 50 of the said Block IV.; thence by a right line across the Main North Road to the westernmost corner of the said Section No. 50; thence again towards the north by Section No. 50 aforesaid; again towards the east by Sections Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block VI.; again towards the north by the last-mentioned section; towards the north-east by the north-eastern boundary-line of the Matanaka Estate; towards the south-east and south generally by the ocean to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 9, Block VI.; thence towards the south-west by a right line to the easternmost corner of that section; thence by the said Section No. 9 to its northernmost corner; thence by a line running parallel to Henry Street, in the Township of West Hawksbury, as far as the Main North Road aforesaid; thence again towards the north-west by that road to the Mill Road; thence across and by the latter road to the Quarry Road; thence again towards the south-west by the said Quarry Road through Sections Nos. 57 and 58, Block V., to the south-eastern boundary-line of the said Section No. 57; and thence again towards the north-west by the last-mentioned section, by Section No. 71, by a road forming the south-eastern boundary of the said Section No. 71 and forming the south-eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 72, 73, 74, 75, 84, and 83, Block V. aforesaid, and by Section No. 82, to the southernmost corner of Section No. 80 aforesaid, the place of commencement.

WHEREAS by "The Court of Appeal Act, 1882," it is enacted that the Court shall hold its sittings at such times and places as shall from time to time be fixed by the Governor in Council, and proclaimed in the Government Gazette twenty-one days at least before the times so fixed respectively:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby fix that a sitting of the Court of Appeal of New Zealand shall be held within the Supreme Court House, in the City of Wellington, upon Monday, the sixteenth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon.

Notice under "The Rohe Potae Investigation of Title Act Amendment Act, 1893."

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twelfth day of September, 1893.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by "The Rohe Potae Investigation of Title Act Amendment Act, 1893," it is provided that notice of the passing of the said Act and of the effect thereof shall be given to the Natives affected thereby in such manner as the Governor in Council shall determine:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Colony, doth hereby order that such notice shall be given in the form in the Schedule hereto, and shall be published in the Gazette and Kahiti, and a copy thereof in the Maori language forwarded through the Post Office to each Native affected or appearing to be affected by the orders therein referred to; and that the posting of such copies in the ordinary manner shall be deemed sufficient service thereof.
SCHEDULE.
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3 OF "THE ROHE POTAE INVESTIGATION OF TITLE ACT AMENDMENT ACT, 1893."
ALL persons interested in the blocks of Native land specified in the schedule hereto are notified that, by an Act of Parliament passed on the 2nd day of September, 1893, any person who claims that wrong has been done by the making of the partition orders specified in the schedule hereto may, on payment of the usual fee, make application to the Chief Judge of the Native Land Court for a rehearing of the decision of the Court; but such application must be made before the 3rd day of December next. No person who has not within that time applied for a rehearing will afterwards be allowed to dispute the said orders for any reason whatever. Those orders were made by Judge Gudgeon in the Court at Otorohanga, in the months of September, October, and November, 1892.
