In the matter of a parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, and being lot numbered 9 of
the subdivision of section numbered 32, Turakina District,
on the main road, of which the last known owner was
Joseph Frank Martees, otherwise known as Joseph Martin,
deceased, subject probably to a right-of-way along part of
and within the northern boundary.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has been made aware of
the above-described land having no known owner,
and he, having made reasonable inquiry, can discover neither
the owner nor any agent for the said land, nor any objection
to the said land being declared subject to the above-named
Act:
Now, this is to give notice to all whom it may concern
that, unless on or before the 30th day of April, 1894, the
owner of the above-described land establishes his title
thereto to the satisfaction of the Supreme Court or any
Judge of such Court, the Public Trustee will take the steps
prescribed by "The Land Transfer Act, 1885," to be registered as the owner of such land.
