NOTICE is hereby given that THE SALUTARIS WATER COMPANY, of 236, Fulham Road, London, England, Manufacturers and Distillers of Mineral and Aërated Waters, have applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a representation:—

The applicants claim as the essential particulars of this trade-mark the devices and representation of the drop of distilled water and the drop of undistilled water, and the general design, and they disclaim any right to the exclusive use of the added matter.
Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such Trade-mark shall apply.
Mineral and aërated waters, natural and artificial, including ginger-beer.
Class of Goods in connection with which the Applicants desire the Trade-mark to be registered.
Class No. 44.
Any person may, within two months of the date of this Gazette, give notice, in duplicate, at this office, of opposition to the registration of the trade-mark. A fee of £1 is payable with such notice.
