Notice of Proposed Addition to the Borough of Hawksbury, County of Waikouaiti.

A PETITION having been presented to His Excellency the Governor, praying that the district described in the Schedule hereto might be incorporated in the Borough of Hawksbury, His Excellency directs it to be notified that, unless within two months from the publication hereof a petition or petitions, as required by section 32 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1886,” is or are presented to His Excellency, he will proceed to incorporate the said district into the said Borough of Hawksbury, and will add the same to the East Ward of the said borough.
SCHEDULE.
PROPOSED ADDITION TO BOROUGH OF HAWKSBURY.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, being part of Block VI., Hawksbury Survey District, bounded towards the north by Section No. 4; towards the north-east by the north-eastern boundary-line of the Matanaka Estate; towards the south-east and south generally by the sea; and towards the north-west and west by the Government Township of Hawksbury.
