Extending Time for Shooting Hares and Native Game,
Grey District.
GLASGOW, Governor.
WHEREAS by a warrant made under "The Animals
Protection Act, 1880," dated the fourteenth day of
March, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three, and
published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-third
day of March, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three,
it is, amongst other things, notified that hares and native
game, with certain exceptions, may be taken or killed in the
Grey District from the first day of April, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-three, to the thirtieth day of June, one
thousand eight hundred and ninety-three: And whereas it
is expedient to extend the time during which hares and the
said native game may be taken or killed in the aforesaid
district :
Now, therefore, I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of
the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers vested
in me by the said "Animals Protection Act, 1880," do hereby
declare that hares and native game, excepting tui, huia,
white heron, and crested grebe, may be taken or killed in
the aforesaid Grey District, consisting of the County of Grey,
until the thirty-first day of July, one thousand eight hundred
and ninety-three.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-second day of June, one thousand
eight hundred and ninety-three.

Trustee for the Hoteo Public Cemetery appointed.
GLASGOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
THOMAS JOHNSON
to be a Trustee, in the place of George Eyre, resigned, to
provide for the maintenance and care of the Hoteo Public
Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed
by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor
on the fourteenth day of December, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-eight.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this fourteenth day of June, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-three.

to be Trustee, in the place of Robert Munro Galloway, resigned,
to provide for the maintenance and care of the Masterton
Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed
by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor
on the eighteenth day of February, one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-eight.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this fourteenth day of June, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-three.

to be a Trustee, in the place of Joseph Ward, deceased, to
provide for the maintenance and care of the Omaka Ceme-
tery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed by
warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor on
the twenty-sixth day of March, one thousand eight hundred
and eighty-seven.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this fourteenth day of June, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-three.

persons appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excel-
lency the Governor on the eighteenth day of July, one thou-
sand eight hundred and seventy-eight.

this fifteenth day of June, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-three.
