Section 42, broken, chiefly open, small bushes and tea-tree in gullies; between one and two miles of New North Road. Section 43, generally open land, with about 50 acres flat, a little forest, and high tea-tree in the gullies; bounded by main coach-road and Okura Creek. Sections 53 to 56, open land, with tea-tree and remains of bush in the gullies; accessible by Great North Road, and close to Okura Settlement. Sections 66 and 69, poor land, with small patches of good soil in the gullies; the land is situated between Okura and Takapuna, on the main coach-road. Section 70, open land, light bush in gullies; adjoining Wade Creek. Section 80, poor fern and swamp land; on main coach-road near Okura.

Sections 166 to 180 inclusive, and 204, all open land of inferior quality; situated between Takapuna and Okura, at head of Lucas Creek; accessible by main road. Sections 199 to 203 inclusive, open fern land, poor soil; about one mile from Lucas Creek. Section 211, undulating, poor gum land; about one mile from Riverhead Wharf, and two miles from Kumeu Railway-station.
