Whereas the above-named Charles Edmond Gisbon has given notice to me, under the provi- sions of section 8 of "The West Coast Settle- ment Reserves Act, 1892," that he desres to obtain under that section a new leaae of the land above described; and I consider his application ougth to be given effect to: Now, therefore, I do heeby appoint a meeting to take place between the said Charles Edmond Gisbon and all the Natiive owners of the above-described land, for the purpose of fixing the rent to be paid for the said land for the first tweenty-ooe years of the new leaae, and I fix the Courthouse, Hawera, as the place where, and Thursday, the 25th day of May, 1893, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, as the time, when such meeting shall take place.

Whereas the above-named James Scott has given notice to me under section 8 of "The West Coast Settlemeent Reserves Act, 1892," that he desres to obtain under that section a new leaae of the land above described; and I consider his application ougth to be given effect to. Now, therefore, I do heeby appoint a meeting to take place between the said James Scott and all the Natiive owners of the above described land, for the purpose of fixing the rent to be paid for the said land for the first tweenty-ooe years of the new leaae, and I fix the Courthouse, Manuia, as the place where, and Monday, the 22nd day of May, 1893, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, as the time, when such meeting shall take place.
