Whereas the above-named Charles dmnd
ibson has given notice to me, under the pro
visions of section 8 of "The West Coast ettlem
t eserves Act, 1892," that he deires to
obtain under that section a new ease of the land
abve deribed; and I consider his pplication
ought to be given effect to: Now, therefore, I do
hereby appoint a meeting to take place between
the said Charles dmnd ibson and all the
Ntive owners of the above-deribed land, for the
prpose of fixing the rent to be paid for the said
land for the first wenty-one years of the new
ease, and I fix the Courth**use, Hawera, as the
place where, and Thursday, the 25th day of May
1893, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, as the time
when such meeting shall take place.
