The condition of this obligation is such that if K.L., of
, the administrator [with the will, dated the
day of , annexed], by authority of the Court
at , acting under letters of administration granted
to , on the day of , and now about
to be sealed in England under "The Colonial Probates Act,
1892," of the personal estate of M.N., late of , de-
ceased, who died on the day of , 18 , do,
when lawfully called on in that behalf, make, or cause to be
made, a true and perfect inventory of the personal estate of
the said deceased in England which has or shall come to
hands, possession, or knowledge, or into the hands
and possession of any other person for , and the
same so made do exhibit, or cause to be exhibited, into the
Principal Probate Registry of Her Majesty's High Court of
Justice, whenever required by law so to do, and the same
personal estate do well and truly administer according to
law ; and further do make, or cause to be made, a true and
just account of said administration, whenever re-
quired by law so to do, then this obligation to be void and of
none effect, or else to remain in full force and virtue.

THE following special order, made by the Waitaki County
Council, is published in accordance with the provisions
of "The Counties Act, 1886."

SPECIAL ORDER made on the 6th February, 1893, and
confirmed on the 23rd March, 1893.
Resolved, That the boundaries of the Otekaike Riding be
altered, and that they be as follows: Bounded towards the
west by the Ahuriri Riding; towards the north-east by the
Waimate County; towards the south-east and east by the
Maerewhenua River as far as Block 9, Maerewhenua; thence
by the western boundaries of Blocks 7 and 8, Maerewhenua,
and Blocks 10 and 9, Kurow, as far as the Kakanui River;
thence by the Kakanui River, south branch of Kakanui
River, and the northern boundary of Run 217 to Kakanui
Peak; and towards the south-west and south by the Manio-
toto County.
Resolved, That the boundaries of the Awamoko Riding be
altered, and that they be as follows: Bounded towards the
west and north-west by the Otekaike Riding; towards the
north by the Waimate County; towards the east by Blocks 1
and 4, Awamoko Survey District; and towards the south and
east by road along the watershed between the Awamoko and
Waiareka Streams as far as the Maerewhenua Survey Dis-
trict; thence by the Awamoko Survey District as far as the
Kakanui River; and thence by the Kakanui River.
Resolved, That the boundaries of the Incholme Riding be
altered, and that they be as follows: Bounded towards the
north-west and north by the Otekaike and Awamoko Ridings;
towards the north-east and east by the Kakanui River to the
junction with the Island Stream; towards the south by the
Island Stream and north branch of Island Stream to the
Waihemo Survey District; thence by the Otepopo Survey
District to Run 209; thence by Runs 209 and 109; and
towards the south-west by the Waihemo County.
Resolved, That the boundaries of the Papakai Riding be
altered, and that they be as follows: Bounded towards the
north by the Waimate County; towards the south-east by
the ocean and the Town of Oamaru; towards the west and
south by the Oamaru Creek as far as the Papakai Survey
District; thence by the Oamaru and Awamoko Survey Dis-
tricts as far as Block 4, Awamoko Survey District; thence
by Block 8, Awamoko, as far as Section 72, Block 4, Awa-
moko; thence by the eastern boundary of Section 72,
Block 4, Awamoko Survey District Road, along watershed
between the Waiareka and Little Waikoura Streams and
the Awamoko Riding.
Resolved, That the boundaries of the Waiareka Riding be
altered, and that they be as follows: Bounded towards the
north by the Awamoko and Papakai Ridings; towards the
east by the Papakai Riding and the Town of Oamaru;
towards the south by the Main South Road as far as the
Awamoa Stream; thence by the Awamoa Stream as far as
Block 2, Oamaru; thence by Blocks 4, 5, and 9, Oamaru
Survey District; towards the south-west by the Incholme
Riding; and towards the west by the Awamoko Riding.
Resolved, That the boundaries of the Kakanui Riding
be altered, and that they be as follows: Bounded towards
the north by the Waiareka Riding and Town of Oamaru;
towards the south-east by the ocean; towards the south by
the Kakanui River; and towards the west by the Incholme
Riding.
Resolved, That the boundaries of the Otepopo Riding be
altered, and that they be as follows: Bounded towards the
north by the Otekaike, Incholme, and Kakanui Ridings;
towards the east by the ocean; towards the south-east by
the Otepopo River and south branch of the Otepopo River
as far as Waihemo Survey District; thence by Moeraki
Survey District; and towards the south-west by Waihemo
County.
Resolved, That the boundaries of Ahuriri Riding and
Moeraki Riding remain as at present, viz.: Ahuriri—Bounded
towards the north by the Westland County; towards the
east by the Mackenzie and Waimate Counties to the junc-
tion of the Otematata River with the Waitaki; thence by
Otematata River, west branch of Otematata River, and the
east boundary of Run 445 to Mount Ida; towards the south-
west, west, and north-west by the Maniototo and Vincent
Counties. Moeraki—Bounded towards the north by the
Otepopo Riding; towards the east by the ocean; towards the
south-west by the Waihemo County.

Board, is published in accordance with the provisions
of "The Road Boards Act, 1882."

SPECIAL ORDER made by the Moa Road Board on the
22nd February, 1893, and confirmed on the 29th March,
1893.
That, to secure the repayment of a loan of £160, raised under
"The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886," for
the purpose of forming the Mangaotea Road, a special rate
of 2d. in the pound be made and levied over the Mangaotea
Special Rating District, comprising the following lands, viz.:
Sections 26, 27, 28, 32, 33, 34, 35, Block VI., Huiroa Survey
District.
This rate to be an annually-recurring rate for twenty-six
years, and to be payable, in two half-yearly instalments, on
the 1st January and the 1st July in each year.
I hereby declare that the above special order has been
made by the Moa Road Board in accordance with the provi-
sions of "The Road Boards Act, 1882."

MANGANUI ROAD BOARD.
Notice is hereby given that the following special order was
made on Saturday, the 4th March, 1893, and confirmed at a
special meeting on Saturday, the 8th April, 1893:—
That, to secure the repayment of a loan of £460, raised
under "The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,"
for the purpose of forming, bridging, and culverting the
Makara Road from the Mana Road Stream eastwards, a
special rate of 3½d. in the pound be made and levied over
the following lands, viz.: Sections Nos. 3, 4, and 16, Block
XI., and Section No. 22, Block XII., Huiroa Survey District.
Such rate to be an annual-recurring rate for twenty-six years,
and shall be payable, in two half-yearly instalments, on the
1st January and the 1st July in each year.
