PARTNERSHIP NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, under the style of “W. and P. Johnston,” at Nos. 75 and 77, Montreal Street South, Christchurch, as Blacksmiths, Machinists, and Wheelwrights, was dissolved on the 30th March, 1893, by mutual consent.

The undersigned Peter Martin Johnston will pay all debts owing by, and receive all sums owing to, the late firm.

IN pursuance of the provisions of “The Auckland College and Grammar School Act, 1877,” it is hereby notified that, on the 5th day of April instant, Mr. WILLIAM POLLOCK MOAT was duly elected to be a Governor of the Board of Governors of the Auckland College and Grammar School, in accordance with subsection (2) of section 3 of the said Act.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between us as Brewers at Woodville, and carried on under the style of “A. Rayner and Co.,” has been dissolved from this date by mutual consent.

All debts due to the late firm must be paid to Mr. M. T. McGrath, whose receipt alone will be a sufficient discharge. Mr. McGrath will pay all debts owing by the firm.
