6. One half-year's rent and a license- fee of £1 1s. shall be
   paid on the fall of the hammer, and the purchasers shall
   make a decla in terms of section 195 of "The Land
   Act, 1892." The rent shall be paid half-yearly in advance,
   on the 1st day of March and the 1st day of September in
   each year during the term of the license. Should the half-yearly rent at any period not be paid within thi days, a
   penalty of 10 per cent. in addition will be enfor

   in respect of any fenc at present existing upon the Cr

3. That I am not the holder of any lea or license in any
   part of the col, nor have I any intere in any lea or
   license in contravention of section 193 of the said Act.

4. That I am not the holder of a small grazing- run in any
   part of the col, nor have I any intere in any such run.

And I make this solemn decla consciouly believ-ing the same to be true, and by virtue of an Act of the
General Assembly of New Zeal intitled "The Justices
of the Pea Act, 1882. "
