Vesting Reserves in the Opaheke North Road Board.
GLASGOW, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-first day of February, 1893.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE SIR P. A. BUCKLEY, K.C.M.G., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto were reserved permanently as quarry reserves on the eleventh day of October, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, and the fourth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-nine:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said lands in the inhabitants of the Opaheke North Road District:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of "The Public Reserves Act, 1881," doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall become vested, in trust, for the purposes specified, for the use of the inhabi-
tants of the Opaheke North Road District, and under the control and management of the Board of such district.
SCHEDULE.
All that parcel of land in the Land District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 15 acres 2 roods 25 perches, more or less, being Section No. 117, Block IV., Kirikiri, Opaheke Parish, Drury Survey District. Bounded on the north-east by a public road, 930, 583, 332, and 62 links, and by Section No. 103, 645 links; on the south-east by Section No. 102, 1112 links; on the south-west by a public road, 2255 links; and on the north-west by a public road, 141 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Auckland.
All that parcel of land in the Land District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 4 acres, more or less, being Section No. 107, Block IV., Kirikiri, Parish of Opaheke, Drury Survey District. Bounded on the north-east by Section No. 34, 223 links; on the south-east by Hay's Stream, and a public road 620 links; on the south-west by a public road, 137 links; and on the north-west by Section No. 35, 525, 46, and 500 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Auckland.

Removal of Restrictions of Native Lands for Sale to Her Majesty.
GLASGOW, Governor.
WHEREAS the blocks of Native land enumerated and described in the Schedule hereto were, by the respective Crown grants or other instruments of title, declared subject to the restrictions on alienation in the said Schedule set out: And whereas Her Majesty the Queen has entered into negotiations with the Native owners, or some of them, of the said lands, for the sale to Her said Majesty of the same: Now, therefore, in exercise and pursuance of the power and authority vested in me by the fourteenth section of "The Native Land Purchases Act, 1892," and for the purposes of sale to Her Majesty as aforesaid, I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby remove the restrictions on alienation contained in and set forth in the hereinbefore-mentioned Crown grants or other instruments of title in respect of the said blocks of Native land.
