SECOND-CLASS LAND—continued.

All forest, soil good, but broken. Section 11, all mixed bush; access is gained by bridle-track from Rawene, Victoria Valley Road. Improvements have been effected on Section 12. Section 17, rather broken forest land of good quality, with frontage to main road. Section 21, mixed forest and open land, more or less improved; situated on main road to Rawene. Section 28, all mixed forest, soil fairly good, but very broken. Section 29, very broken, and covered with forest; accessible from main road by bridle-track.
