These sections are situated at Waitakerei Railway-station. Section 150, open, undulating land, fronting Old North Road. Sections 149 and 151, open, undulating land. Sections 155 and 156, open, undulating land. These sections are situated within four miles of Henderson Railway-station, are kauri-gum lands, covered with low tea-tree and wiwi, soil yellow clay, resting on sandstone. Section 165, improved section, near Swanson Railway-station. Section 173, broken, of fair quality, near Swanson Railway-station. Section 175, open land, patches of light bush; the section has been partly improved. From several of the lots very pretty views of the Waitemata Harbour can be obtained,
