A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one hundred and seventy-second section of "The Land Act, 1892," and of and at the request of the Auckland University College Council, in whom the lands are vested, I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the sections of land mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and seventy-three to one hundred and eighty-six of Part V. of "The Land Act, 1892," relating to small grazing-runs.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—WHAKATANE COUNTY.—PARISH OF WAIMANA.
UNIVERSITY ENDOWMENTS.—SUBDIVISIONS OF SECTION 245.
Run No. 1, 1,640 acres; Run No. 2, 2,244 acres; Run No. 3, 1,777 acres; Run No. 4, 1,283 acres; Run No. 5, 1,803 acres; Run No. 6, 1,171 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable David, Earl of Glasgow; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this first day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two.

Resuming Possession of Part of Sections 7 and 8, Block II., Woodville Survey District, for the Purposes of a Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto were, on or about the first day of July, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five, leased, under "The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1882," for a term of thirty years: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor in Council, the lands so described as aforesaid are required for the purpose of constituting a public road:
Now, therefore, I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by "The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1882," and "The Land Act, 1885," and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, do hereby resume possession of the lands described in the Schedule hereto, for the purpose of constructing a public road in and upon the said lands.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land situated in the Hawke's Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 18 perches, more or less, being a road, 1 chain wide, and a part of Section No. 7, Block II., Woodville Survey District. Bounded towards the north by part of Section No. 7 aforesaid and Section No. 8, Block II., Woodville Survey District, 1145.5 links; towards the east by a public road, 111.9 links; towards the south and west by part of Section No. 7 aforesaid, 12045 links, to the commencing-point: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is particularly delineated on Map No. 735, deposited in the Lands and Survey Office, Napier.
Also, all that parcel of land situated in the Hawke's Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods 12 perches, more or less, being a road, 1 chain in width, and a part of Section No. 8, Block II., Woodville Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 16, Block II., Woodville Survey District, 209.9 links; towards the east by part of Section No. 8 aforesaid, 3948.3 links; towards the south by a part of Section No. 7, Block II., Woodville Survey District, to be resumed, 117.4 links; towards the west by part of Section No. 8 aforesaid, 3702.2 links, to the commencing-point: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 735, deposited in the Lands and Survey Office, Napier.
