SCHEDULE.
HAUTURU OR LITTLE BARRIER ISLAND.
ALL that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 6,960 acres, more or less, known as Hauturu or Little Barrier Island, situated in the Little Barrier Survey District, in the Provincial District of Auckland. Bounded on all sides by the waters of the Hauraki Gulf.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-seventh day of October, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two.

Rural Land in the Auckland Land District open for Sale or Selection.
GLASGOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one hundred and thirty-sixth section of "The Land Act, 1892" (hereinafter termed "the said Act"), I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, having received the report of the Surveyor-General in this behalf, as in the said section is provided, do hereby declare that the rural lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be open for sale or selection, after the lapse of a period of not less than thirty days from the date of the first public notification hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, in the manner and upon the conditions mentioned in the said Act, and at the price per acre stated in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
COROMANDEL COUNTY.-UNSURVEYED LAND.
ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situate in Block X., Coromandel Survey District, and containing approximately 185 acres. Bounded towards the north generally by the Te Awakanae, Te Kowhai No. 2, Te Kowhai, and Pukewhau Blocks; towards the north-east by Section No. 8A of Block X., Coromandel Survey District; towards the south-east by Section No. 1 of the same block; and towards the south-west by the Awakanae River to the point of commencement.
Cash price, 7s. 6d. an acre.
This land is half mixed forest, remainder open, poor, and broken. Situated about four miles from Coromandel Township.

HOKIANGA COUNTY.-UNSURVEYED LAND.
ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, situated in the Tutamoe Survey District, containing by admeasurement 18,700 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north by Blocks III. and IV., Tutamoe Survey District; towards the north-east and east by Native land and Opouteke No. 2 Block; towards the south, east, north-east, and north-west by Section No. 1, Block VIII., Tutamoe Survey District aforesaid; again towards the north-east and north-west by the Opouteke Block; again towards the north-east by the Opouteke No. 2 Block aforesaid; again towards the east and north by Section No. 1, Block XII., Tutamoe Survey District aforesaid; towards the south-east by Karaka Block; again towards the south by Blocks XVI. and XV. of aforesaid survey district; and towards the west by Blocks X. and VI. of aforesaid survey district: save and except a clump of kauri-trees belonging to the Kauri Timber Company (situated in Block VII.) at the head of the Takitu Stream, which is to be excluded from the above area.
This land is all heavy forest, of fair quality, but rather inaccessible. It will make a good sheep-country when cleared. The block is distant from Whangarei by bridle-road about thirty miles, and from Kaikohe about twenty miles.
Cash price, 10s. an acre. A sum of money has been added to price to cover the cost of roading without metalling.

All forest, undulating, agricultural land, heavily timbered with mixed forest, consisting of rimu, rata, tawa, &c.; soil light volcanic; well watered. Distance from New Plymouth eleven miles by Junction and Albert Roads, the former all metalled and the latter partly so. It is nine miles from Inglewood by same roads.
