A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one hundred and ninety-seventh section of “The Land Act, 1885,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and ninety-eight to two hundred and nineteen of Part VII. of “The Land Act, 1885,” relating to small grazing-runs.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable David, Earl of Glasgow; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this fifteenth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two.

Amending Proclamation resuming Possession of Lands in the Hawke’s Bay Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby revoke a certain Proclamation dated the third day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety, in so far as it relates to the section of land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and, in pursuance of section one hundred and fifty-eight of the said Act, do hereby resume possession of the land described in the said Schedule, for road purposes.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land situated in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 39 perches, more or less, being a road of uneven width, and a part of Section No. 8, Block V., Tautane Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 8, Block V., Tautane Survey District, 377·6 links; towards the east by a public road and Section No. 1, Block IX., Tautane Survey District, 168·7 links; towards the south by Section No. 1, Block IX., Tautane Survey District, 473·2 links; towards the west by Section No. 8 aforesaid, 182·7 links, to the commencing-point: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 658, deposited in the Survey Office, Napier.
