NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hereto existing between the undersigned as Booksellers and Stationers at Queen Street and Shortland Street, in the City of Auckland, under the name of “Wildman and Lyell,” is dissolved from the date hereof. The business will in the future be carried on by William Scott Lyell, under the name of “Wildman and Lyell.” The said William Scott Lyell will receive all sums due to the late firm, and will discharge all liabilities thereof.
